Nicolai Kolding, Chief Executive Officer

After two decades of leadership in the residential real estate industry, Nicolai was named as CEO to launch Redibs in May 2019. His unique experiences include leading mergers & acquisitions for the largest real estate company in the world; serving as the COO of a start-up brand, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate; and partnering with one of the industry’s preeminent advisory services, REAL Trends, to consult with local and global real estate companies.

This graduate of Lehigh University is passionate about the housing industry, particularly when it comes to strategy, research and analytics, consumer needs, and brand development. He also cares deeply about the role great real estate agents and new ideas can play in improving the home-owning, buying, and selling experience. Nicolai earned his agent’s license in 2008 and his real estate broker’s license in 2014.

When he’s not traveling for work or at his family cabin in coastal Norway, he lives with his wife and three active boys in a historic Arts & Crafts home in Mountain Lakes, NJ.

Axel Ricart, Chief Technology Officer

Axel spearheads the product roadmap at Redibs at the intersection of product, technology, and data. His innate ability to translate strategy between operations, sales, product, and engineering organizations drives the company’s vision forward. His passion lies in building and leading globally distributed teams through various growth stages in a collaborative manner.

He brings a business-oriented mindset with 20 years of engineering leadership, strategy, and enterprise architecture experience in e-commerce, software-as-a-service (SaaS), mobile and fintech industries. He possesses an Executive MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management where he focused on executive leadership and data analytics beyond the general management principles.

When not stitching together ideas into a roadmap, he enjoys spending time with his wife, eating great food, traveling, and making waves while wakesurfing at the lake.

Ramsey Bryant, Director of Sales

Ramsey has a passion for bringing new products and concepts to market, which makes the innovative program offered by Redibs an exciting and welcomed challenge. She is building an enthusiastic and dedicated sales team to partner with real estate professionals to help them expand their future and connect homeowners with the best agents in their market.

In addition to almost 20 years in sales and business development, Ramsey possesses more than six years of experience developing sales teams. Ramsey has been a licensed real estate agent since 2017 and serves on the board for the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Greater Tarrant County. She acquired her Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Georgia.

This Texan native has a love for the Dawgs and college football, good food, and wine. Some of her favorite places to visit are Telluride, Colorado; Gruene, Texas; and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Jeffrey Francis, Director of Product Ops & Business Intelligence

Jeffrey is responsible for managing the Redibs’ Salesforce.com design and integration strategy. His expertise helps our partnered agents retain more of their client-base by providing them access to the rich, decision-making metrics. He currently sits on the United States Bureau of Labor and Statistics (BLS) Data User Advisory Committee.

Jeffrey is a former financial analyst turned-Salesforce.com consultant and data engineer, specializing in data-migration and integrations of Salesforce.com with a focus in the real estate industry.

When he isn’t diving into data, Jeffrey is rocking the guitar or reading a good book in between juggling activities with his wife and three kids.

Jack Kernan, Agent Relations Manager

Jack partners with real estate agents to increase and maintain their book of business. Through this growing network of partnerships, Jack leverages these business relationships to connect with and advise homeowners. Jack’s exposure to sales, coupled with his longstanding proximity to the real estate world, has yielded a unique skill set; one he plans to leverage in expanding the Redibs footprint in Texas and beyond.

Jack has expanded his background in sales and project management in a variety of roles across multiple industries, including a decade of residential and commercial real estate experience. He has been a licensed agent in Texas since 2018. A native of Washington DC, Jack ventured south to attend Texas Christian University.

Outside of the office, you can often find him on the golf course or relating to the great outdoors, especially while traveling.

Derryl Kinnell, Transaction Coordinator

As Transaction Coordinator, Derryl works with homeowners in the last stages of our transaction by facilitating notarizations and processing final documents. Derryl has been a licensed real estate agent in the DFW since 2018.

Prior to joining Redibs, he primarily worked with clients in Downtown Dallas and the north Dallas suburbs. Derryl also has a background in consumer banking, working with clients to develop financial plans and open new accounts.

Derryl’s leisure plans take him to Lake Lewisville, to hiking trails, and to watch football at The Star in Frisco. Go Cowboys!

Ann Marie Patel, Operations Analyst

Ann Marie Patel is the operations analyst at Redibs. One of her favorite parts of her job is interacting with our partner real estate agents and homeowner clients. Ann Marie also assists with marketing, data analysis, and day-to-day administration. She is a licensed Notary in Texas and assists our clients by making their experience convenient and easy.

Prior to joining the Redibs family, Ann Marie was a REALTOR® with a local Keller Williams office, helping residential buyers, sellers, and investors. She has held her Texas real estate sales agent license since 2018 and holds a Bachelor's degree with concentrations in business, government, and sociology from Texas Woman's University. Ann Marie also has 18+ years of experience in financial and data analysis, working for several Fortune 500 companies.

She and her family have lived in the Dallas area since 1998 and consider Texas to be their home. When she's not working, Ann Marie enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, Princess Leia.

Wynetta Woodard , Agent Relations Manager

Wynetta’s detailed-oriented, proactive, and always-with-a-smile delivery guides agents and future clients to become successful as members of the Redibs team. Her real estate journey from professional stager and licensed REALTOR® (since 2016) to Accredited Seller Representative Specialist and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist provides her with the knowledge and skills to offer a place of ease and confidence for agents and clients.

She excelled at TD Ameritrade for 15 years as a stockbroker and received her graduate degree in Business Communications from Grambling State University.

Wynetta enjoys meditating, reading books, and jogging. She is proud of her son, a student at Baylor University, and her daughter, a freshman in high school. Wynetta is passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers with the American Red Cross, Women’s Shelter, Dress for Success, and the Salvation Army.
